- Added new war win condition (see scripted suggestions)
- Fixed bug with vehicle tickets being incorrectly shown
- Fixed bug with new gate types bugging for house tenants/dupeholders
- Re-enabled holding weapons whilst surfing ground vehicles (except for sniper)
- Fixed /o max character length.
- Disabled shamal interior in war.
- Fixed a bug in the h'ween event that caused newly spawned objects to dissapear.
