Maybe that house had an ATM already there?
An office in your house? Well, thats not really hard. You should ask woot for that, but be sure it costs like 40mil (or 10mil if im talking shit,.) So, alot.

no that house dont was any ATM we can't see it but its right there all can see the /withdraw /deposit /balance commands there like next to ATM

The Management Team decides where to script an ATM machine. You simply can't map one and ask admins to make it functional.

Ask for a Lead+ Admin to create a TP to that office, it will cost you $2,000,000 I guess.

No, it is $300,000 for EACH object. So the minimal is 20 objects. If you can calculate thats 20 x 300,000 = $6,000,000
