• Enter Police Department's website ; http://pd.sa-mp.im/index.php
• Register. (if you are registered, skip to the next step. If you find it difficult, you can be helped in this guide ; viewtopic.php?f=12&t=31030 )
• Login to your account to gain full access.
• Once you are logged in, click on 'Licensing Desk'
• There will be a sub-forum called 'Firearms license' - Click it !
• Read the announcement regarding the 'Process , Terms & Conditions'.
• Fill out your application and disclose all information requested on the application. You may find the correct format HERE.
• Submit your application HERE, and wait for the results !

Encountered too many players that are new to this server and find it difficult to obtain firearms license, therefore I decided to make a short & simple guide. If you encounter a player with such issue, link him/her this instead of explaining the same over and over again.

As a newbie I couldn't do it by myself, and yes they are pretty basic and not over detailed. @Terms.
