    Although when I try to send a message via my phone I get a message saying my faction chat is disabled when it clearly is not.

    there is a bug, when the faction chat is enabled its still shows that it's disabled -

    IMO the [UCP] part in the in-game message should be with different color. At the moment it's quite hard to notice the tag next to the OOC tag.
