Currently, the only way you can join Barzini by finding them and roleplaying with them.... If they found it good, you might get an invitation. Please note that you MAY NOT metagame their name colors/HQ.
Half of the factions who don't have a application don't rp.
Also, most of them are not usualy hanging out in one place, so it's useless.
