It caused too many useless reports of "heal in fight" etc.

The 5 day rule is too short, is it allowed to pass on t0 to another person, then come back back a week later; then reclaim t0?

Why not make fheat one sided? i give an eg, cuneo keeps robbing and taking kemirov turfs, in same time, kemirov didn't attack or take cuneo's turfs, so why does kemi have to war when they didn't even attack Cuneo at all? It doesn't make sense to make two factions war one a heat made by one side only.

I tried, but it's not happening. Anyway it wont be a problem, read 'Starting a war'.

Every single heat level increase is logged (including robberies) and will be thoroughly inspected by the
head of illegals before starting a war between factions. This is made to make sure both factions have equally attacked eachother and not just one faction that wants to force a war for no proper reason.

No, in this System
Cuneo robs Kemi -> both get heat
I calculated it with Barzini in two days and that's what i found.
