Today we will have some changes to rules regarding wars and factions, some script-wised system have been tweaked a bit. Also we completely revised faction-kill system - referring to viewtopic.php?f=63&t=78582
Some war changes:
- 'Camping HQ' rule has been completely removed
- You are not allowed to /heal at enemies HQ, that includes buying armor from their GS
- The following commands are disabled: /kill, /rob
- /heal timer limit has been decreased to 30 seconds
- Players in a war can use /heal if they are in just spawned mode, cooldown does not apply
- Point loss per /uninvite doesn't count for first 2 uninvites. Also, first faction to uninvite 20 members will be declared losers.
- Point loss per a-jail has been removed. Instead, jail fee has been doubled. If a player is continuously breaking terms/rules, head of illegals/assistant is allowed to suspend his account (without a warning) until the war is over
- Burrito runs are now allowed (LV wars only); Factions MUST use their faction color on burritos
- Faction minimum hours of total playtime per day has been increased to 20
- Players in jail won't get kicked anymore due to 5 minute AFK, they can now AFK in jail
- Point values slightly changed: Tier 3 => 2 points, Tier 2 => 2 points, Tier 1 => 3 point, Tier 0 => 4 points
- Freeze upon enter/exit @ interiors has been completely removed
- Choosing custom HQ interior is now disallowed. The price to change your interior is 40.000.000$ (/services)
