blurred colors

come on someone had it for sure i tried everything from using other gta's to changing qualities, resolutions etc etc..
i remmber my outfit was fully black without blurring

idk maybe you're on x16 resolution instead of x32, but i seriously doubt it
did u update ur graphic drivers

im using 32 bit , it doesnt matter which version is your graphic card that's something in game or files i dont know

Try check your gta_sa.exe properties, maybe you accidentally reduced the color mode to 16-bit.

windows 10 not allowing u to use 16 bit anyway
