How to do it ? i already tied changing the sound and speakers?

What's your mother board's brand?
Go to their website and get the drivers or you can simply download some universal Win 7 audio drivers.

This was appearing to me when I didn't have the speakers plugged in to my computer and this appeared when I wanted to play.

Throw your computer trough the window, get your donator ass in the next shop with computers, buy a new one, and voila, done!

I had this problem i just reinstalled the audio folder in GTA SA-MP directory and it worked perfectly after that

i hixed the problem, ir was that even i fixxed the pc i had to give it a scan i to check for updates
