What's your mother board's brand?
Go to their website and get the drivers or you can simply download some universal Win 7 audio drivers.
Google it.

I had this problem i just reinstalled the audio folder in GTA SA-MP directory and it worked perfectly after that

i hixed the problem, ir was that even i fixxed the pc i had to give it a scan i to check for updates

Yeah, you got a "varies" from windows repair. It's quite common, you should've googled before doing such a risky thing.
