The suggestion forum is closed, and there is no decent reason to make it so.

You are busted with materials (and only Tier 1/0 can remove them), and you are suspected to use them for gucrafting it's expected that you will get them aprehended. Maybe rent an house and place them there? Or just be more careful.

How much money you lost mate ? You seem so desperate....

Selables can be taken when you don't RP ; if you RP properly with LEA's ( Police ) they won't take your selables, so if you don't want to lose them just RP with them, and if some t1/0 took your selables while you was RPing then report him.

This rule can't be deleted just for you.

Yep, only way to affect is suggestion forums, which is closed. Even though it was open, such a suggestion wouldn't probably go through. Sorry. Question answered.
