You are busted with materials (and only Tier 1/0 can remove them), and you are suspected to use them for gucrafting it's expected that you will get them aprehended. Maybe rent an house and place them there? Or just be more careful.

Selables can be taken when you don't RP ; if you RP properly with LEA's ( Police ) they won't take your selables, so if you don't want to lose them just RP with them, and if some t1/0 took your selables while you was RPing then report him.
