(( instead of posting bullshit and trying to get him arrested, help him. Joseph this section is IC and GD is kind of OOC. Only tier 1/0 in-game are able to make you a gundealer. But you have to roleplay it, not just contact them OOC. You have to IC search for a map with head places for collecting gun parts and bullets, or something like that. To become Gun Dealer you have to contact IC a high ranked member from any illegal faction. Or with other words contact some t1 or t0 from mafia, only they can make you a gun dealer.
