SA-MP 0.3.7

Have you tried installing your mods one by one to see if it's the mods causing it? As I've looked around, only 2 identical error codes of yours were found and most of the players advised that you should try installing a fresh GTA:SA, the aforementioned installation of mods one by one, and deleting all of your GTA:SA and SA-MP files as they might be corrupted.

I did exactly what you said, I downloaded a brand new GTA 0 mods and the same shit happened.

If you don't mind, do you mind if I ask if you're changing the GTA:SA location every time you are switching to a new GTA? It can be done through this setting:
Spoiler
By clicking on this button on the upper middle portion of the SA-MP client, it'd show a dialog box.
You are going to see "San Andreas Installation Location", click the folder icon on the right and locate your GTA:SA directory.[/img]
If that doesn't seem to work, have you tried fully deleting any files related to GTA:SA(MP)? If I recall correctly, they might be corrupted and somehow causing the issue. They can be found here in the Documents folder, as far as I remember.
If still, after doing these actions and it still doesn't work, I am afraid I cannot help further. Have a nice day and good luck on your issue.
