[Guide] Installing TS3 Overlay! Working 100%

Hi,
Finally and after some researches I managed to find the right way to have TS3overlay which was "removed" and replaced by TS3Overwolf. Anyways, until Overwolf is released for SA:MP (read this to vote making it support SA:MP) I'm going to show those who use teamspeak and want to see who talks whenever how to enable it.

Download this (TS3 3.0.13) : http://ftp.4players.de/pub/hosted/ts3/r ... 3.0.13.exe
Then download this (TS3 Overlay): http://ts3overlay.r-dev.de/download/ts3 ... ts3_plugin

After downloading them install them consecutively and you should have it working!

NOTE: I know Cruz made a guide about this before but it's kind of outdated and won't help anymore because there has been many releases and updates through the plugin and client.

IMPORTANT: Updating your TS3 Client version will result in TS3Overlay not working!
