Try replacing your gta.exe
If that doesnt work try linking samp with gta.exe
If that doesnt work either create a new user and play from there.

@Qusay How can I know so?
For the rest, I downloaded GTA:SA single player then downloaded samp and placed it in gta directory ( just wanted to add that I had another gta but had to un-install it cause it was crashing as soon as I join a server )

Try this for now.
delete gta_sa.set in your GTA SA User files in My Documents. Then when you log on, go to setting and put the settings to the one you had.

Press Windows start button > Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > delete gta_sa.set
Step 2
Enter singleplayer and edit your settings (resolution, draw distance, controls etc.)
