Turfs doesn't blink when it is being taken

Well i have this issue since grace period started, turfs doesnt blink when it is being taken. I didnt install any mods lately, in fact im using only few mods for clothes and wep mod. Does anyone have the same problem as me, and how can i fix this thing?

I am on phone, can not exactly describe but, there is a BLINK option in ESC settings, find it and enable; it will work

I wont do it, because this started to happen since grace period is released. Its not a big deal to screw my whole GTA:SA over a little issue. This just proves my point how useless certain people are.
