.NET Framework:
(usually not needed for games , but some launchers/game installers needs it)

Windows 7:
built in .Net 3.5.1

You can install previous versions (.NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1) by going to Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features On and Off -> Select .NET Framework 3.0 (includes .NET framework 2.0) -> Wait it finish.

Download .NET Framework 4.0

Windows 8:
Built in 4.0
You can install previous versions by going to Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features On and Off -> Select .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET framework3.0, 2.0) -> Wait it finish.

Instructions:

Reboot into safe mode (no network /or disable your router , pull cable out , just disable network-> it's must)
Entering safe mode Windows Vista/Windows 7
Entering safe mode Windows 8
2.Once you are in Safe mode , run Driver Sweper you downloaded with admin rights
Check Ati - Display or nVidia - Display -> Run analyze - Run Clean , Repeat one more time that just to be sure.
