how to fix this

This problem was here before and few people fixed it by reinstalling your game(GTA:SA).
There may be any other way to solve it but try reinstalling GTA .

It happens to me from time to time.
All i do is relog.

If that didn't help,send an FPM to woot giving him your account name,IP,and your Location.

Can you log in using the normal SAMP Client?

When this shows up: Error: Failed to verify launcher token 5 times. Please restart the launcher and try again.
It's caused when you keep the launcher opened for a long time at UserName and password window.

or when pc is slowed down and takes too long to open the game

I tried in other servers and its good ping no problem at all

Close down launcher.

Go to Start > Run > on that box type %appdata% > press enter > and delete .im-rp folder.

it's because you have a very slow internet connection so no actual solution but to upgrade to a better internet plan or just change your ISP.

Two topic of yours are merged as a problem is more the same.
If you haven't already some of following;
-Check if you have Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher
-reinstalling GTA, SAMP and launcher after that install new ones
-delete folder .im-rp from %appdata%
-try starting a game from new user account on your device
