Mate I've already answered you in game, its simple you made an ad to sell materials, CIS caught ya and found 17k materials, which confirmed their suspicious.
Regarding the Phone part, they can trace your car plates too.
Whats the point of this topic anyways. If u think they mg anything you can report them ooc, if its IC and you think they abused their powers report them IC.
