Did you install any mods recently, if so what mods?
Open your options In-game go to Display setup and check if your frame limiter is on, if yes then turn it off and /fpslimit 90.

alright i turned it off and it stays at 50

Open your task manager and check if you have any application on that might cause the dmg.
