How can I know if I got hacked.

Well, I know the title is a bit stupid, but.. I really need to know if this is true.

I had an idiotic conversation with a guy on skype, he slowly got information about my PC not directly and then I lost the internet for like 10 seconds and my PC started doing shit. ( not real shit, obv )

So, my question is.. how may I know if I got hacked?
