A new sa-mp addon came out and a faction member indicated it was nice so I decided to try it but I've been getting mixed answers regarding if its allowed or not so I'm asking the management.

Because some server helpers are saying it isn’t and I want to make sure it is before I find myself banned for “illegal mod”

Just don't abuse the alt tab or make sure when you're installing to disable the alt tab, which means it can be avoid to afk.

The Add-on comes with a joystick u can control fps with it

Avoiding the AFK script is against the rules, so is going above 100 FPS.
Therefore you'd have to quit every time you go AFK for more than a few minutes, if you use SAMP Addon and you'll have to somehow limit your FPS to 100, if you choose to bypass the SAMP limit with the addon.

All rules apply to the SAMP addon, but if you can use it and not break rules, feel free to use it.
Remember though, that admins reserve the right to ban you if they believe you are misusing the addon.
