Hello and welcome to my first ever guide, hope you find it useful.
I had the wish to make a newbie guide, but a useful one, so I didn't want to copy or revamp old already made guides, after spending a bunch of time at the newbie spawn helping newcomers, most of the new guys were asking for money, so I came up with the idea of making a guide that can both help new and old players.

You can find dealers using /dealers, it will show the dealers online at the current time and the casino they are hosting in. You can also search for casino dealers making advertisements but try being creative about it instead of just posting 'Looking for dealers', include the minimum and maximum bets you want and what type of table, blackjack or roulette.
You can also become a casino dealer by applying on the forums(here) and host tables at any casino you wish. Hosting tables has both advantages and disadvantages, if you're hosting roulette you can win a lot of money at once if a large amount of players are betting, but you can also lose. I personally don't host roulette that much because players can bet and win 3x the amount of money they bet and if a lot of players are betting you can be in loss of a lot of money. Hosting blackjack is the way to go(in my opinion), the dealer has a high chance of winning if the player doesn't know what he's doing or isn't one of those hardcore betters that have learned the way. The player betting gets the first turn and if he goes over 21 he automaticaly loses, most players stop at 16-17 which you could pass easily with a bit of luck.
You can read the rules and how to play in the casino with the following LINK.

Same goes for properties, it can be a business, a house or an apartment. Apartments are really cheap and usually under 20m, you can get yourself on one for 15m-17m possibly and resell it for like 20m, but take into account if the apartment has a vest(/heal) system that adds to the apartment around 15m or 16m. As for houses, you can find a nice house with a parking area, some players look for houses as an HQ, so you can get a solid amount of money for selling a house that is nice also as an HQ. Businesses are really expensive and it's not easy to purchase one, but as for everything else you can also sell one for more money, not much to talk about, but look for businesses that are useful(24/7, hardware stores, clothes shop, pay n spray or bars/restaurants for RPers).

Maverick runs, you're required to have a passenger with you in order to do these, so get a person who's going to go afk or an outsider/faction member who's willing to stay in. To load a maverick you'll need $500.000 in total in order to load bullet and gun crates and sell them, selling them gives you your $500.000 back and another$50.000, so you'll be given $550.000 after selling both bullet and gun crates. But be careful, you can get attacked if an enemy notices you're doing it.
Burrito runs, they are the more dangerous ones but benefit your faction more since one burrito unloaded fills 20 HQ guns. To load a burrito you'll need 2 extra members and $500.000, after unloading the burrito into your HQ you get $525.000, so this run gives you only $25.000 each run. But be sure that you'll be attacked if a lot of enemies are online since they might patrol around tierra or check if the stocks go down via /laptop > Stocks, loading a burrito takes 20 bullest and guns from the stocks that you fill with maverick runs, so if the number lowers enemies will know that someone is doing burrito runs.
How to do Maverick runs
How to do Burrito runs

The Stocks - You can also invest money into /stocks and waiting for them to either go up or down, it's risky but can pay out.
Being nice I guess? - Some players decide to pay an individual if he is loyal or has done something nice or helpful.
Robbing businesses - You can get a crew of 5 or 4 civilians/facion mates assembled, some weapons and start searching for businesses with a nice amount of money. Be careful while choosing a business because it can be owned by a faction member and the faction will notify the whole alliance. You need to be at least 4 in order to rob a business but I suggest going with 5 since one can timeout and you'll be fine.
City Hall Jobs - I didn't plan on mentioning this because of everyone saying how boring and slow it is, but I'm expecting a lot of haters of what I didn't include it.

Joining a legal faction - You can also join a legal faction, most legal factions have an hourly payment that you receive at paytime and it can be a high amount of money.
