Computer Problem

so i have this problem with my computer, when i turn it on the screen remains black (no signal) and also my ram is not flashing i tried to disconnect it from the power and hold the power button for 30 sec still not working i tried to remove the ram and put it again again not working. buying a new one will be the last in my list cause i have some important files there so you know, i need to make some backup.

If it shows black screen then your cable got damaged which is connected b/w CPU and Monitor. You need a new graphic card/Cable.

Do you hear that BEEP sound when you turn on your PC?
Did you check if all cables are connected properly?

Same problem occurred to me few years back. No BEEP sounds, all cables connected properly. The monitor would turn on after 15+ restarts, and it got worst with time. Thought it was a GPU, sent it to computer service, turned out it was a RAM all along.

Before you buy new RAM, try restarting your PC 10-15 times. If the screen turns on at some point of restarting process, then it's definitely RAM memory. It's also not bad to try out some old compatible RAM if you have any or if you have 2-3 RAMs in one setup, try switching em till you find which one is not working properly.

The cabel in the CPU maybe damged try do get new one

i actually changed the ram and it look good for now yeah you can close it for new.
