Fixes for the new event (murder party):
- Fixed sound playing for wrong player at incorrect shots.
- Reduced kill req to win from 10 to 6.
- Fixed /quitevent not "fully" removing players from the event.
- Disabled and blocked the basement in caligulas interior.
- Added the LVPD map and spawnpoints to the event.
- Added optional "map" parameter to the /event command. If no option is picked a random interior will be picked.
