Hi,
Probably not a guide in full words but is still helpful specifically for Newbies. I remember Shadow creating a Quiz before but it was about the server's documentation and some other non-server rules questions.
Well, I decided to create this quiz which is obviously not official but will help newbies test themselves about the most important rules etc...

It's obvious that those who have been playing here for a while and those that understood the rules will get 90+%, but yeah, it is one easy quiz, which's goal is testing newbies' skills. Remember that such questions are considered as hard ones by newbies and those who still did not read & understand the rules.
