That's up to the admins to decide. Sometimes they don't remove players houses / business even if they are banned/Inactive or for whatever cause. But I do highly recommend that you get unbanned as soon as possible if you don't want to lose your properties.

They do not remove your houses nor businesses instantly after 14 days or so, of inactivity, they have the right to do so, but that's up to them.

They will only remove Houses and Business, the others such as vehicles, Materials, sellables and money... will not get removed.

I am pretty sure they are aware that there is a holiday season, so many people might be unactive. I don't think they'll do that in the holiday.
