Well ive downloaded key binder and enter what i wanted it to do and no results

Tell me what i did wrong

After this im suppose to just press the hot key?

Maybe you've to configure it?
Click on the Settings icon thingy, and make sure GTA:SA:MP is checked, HotKeys enabled on Startup, Send T key Automatically, Send ENTER Key automatically.

Also, if you've 'Send T key automatically' - you don't need to add a 'T' infront of what you want to bind.
Try running SAMP and Ultimate key binder as administrator.

All hotkeys may not work, atleast not for me. try keys like * + - and it could work.

Any help on how to set up /laptop backup?

And the only way is to bind /laptop and manually press Backup, as far as I know.
