Wee I downloaded a new mod of wheels, I downloaded it not right I guess..
The wheels are white. Here is the SS Left side down.

or just give me a link of a GTA SA Download.. I will re-install.

Did you install the veh_mods.ide too? That's usually the bug with white wheels.

No as I said I dont really know how to download, I'm using Alci's, Can you tell me how to do it?

Yeah if you give me the link of the mod so I can check it out myself.

The problem here is that you downloaded and installed the mod correctly but forgot to add the .ide file that add's the "design" or the "image" of the actual wheels.

Problem is your mod i guess . Try to download a new,better mod. Or try to install the mod in a right way. I suggest you to follow mod installing guides step by step.

Get in your custom.img and press on F2, write "wheel" or "wheels" and if you will see a file, remove it, remove the files, I had the same problem, I removed around 7 files of wheels and now it's good.

I did every thing right xD but its was bugged..
NVM I downloaded a new GTA.
