Any idea how to create another file and link it to my '' F8 '' button so my screenshots saves in another file?

So you mean, when you take a screenshot, and you want it to save in another place than the default one? It´s not possible. It has been scripted to place the screenshots there.

It's not possible, it was scripted to be put into your GTA folder.

Ok, sucks. Gotta delete screenshots? Or move the current ones to another file.

You can create a new folder and move these 1000 screen-shots you have taken then it will work without problem.

Just copy all the ss'es into a new file and then delete all the original screenshots.
