Please follow these steps in order to get your account back:

• Go to http://www.sa-mp.im and register a new character;
• Login to the UCP with your new character (this is just so you can access support ticket system);
• Go to Support Tickets and create a new ticket explaining everything and providing admins with screenshots that prove you're the owner of the character and of course your IP address;
• Be patient until a Management gets back to you.

Do as stated and you'll get your account back. This section won't help you get your password/account back.
I am keeping this thread open even though it's answered just in case you did not understand the process above, so please notify me.
