Do the illegal activities that job offers to you and you get the money on hand. You shouldn't even get 3,000 at paytime as it's unrealistic and you already get paid on hand for doing the activities such as robbing people or whatever illegal job you have. All I'm saying is be lucky you get 3k at paytime for an illegal job.
