SA-MP crashes on startup, tried re-installing,doesnt work..

I can only say that it happens only if you modded the SAMP wrongly or one of the files not working..
The only solution is to reinstall it.. as it happened to me already a few times

both SAMP and GTA San Andreas?

Yes I uninstalled both,then re-installed..

When you re-installed it,
I recommend you to install it in a different folder!
I got a problem too with GTA SA, then I re-installed it in another folder on the hard drive which contain my OS.
And it worked...

FIXED.
I had pasted some useless stuff in userfiles deleted then and it works!

Restore your PC to a date where samp was working.
