Rent a house somewhere, or join a faction.
You might need to /changespawn too (I think that's the command)
And you can do /ask in game for these types of easily answerable questions, by the way.

Go to a house with a rent, go to the floating label infront of the house and type /rentroom, you will now spawn there. Another option is to joina faction, then you will automatically spawn at the factions headquarter (only for official factions), unless you've rented at a house already. (/unrent)
