i apply too eee helped few levels 1 and introduced them fully into the server and server rules.... but the application makes it difficult, i dont think it's about application it's about will, writting essay wouldnt help or anythin, just if helpers were choosen by the will they show, not smthing else.. any staff should be friendly to those who are good and not rulebreaker , but i still havent seen someone like that. You have to be capable of actually helping players. That requires some competences. Some examples: full understanding of the IM ruleset, IM experience, proper English, maturity, and so on.

That's what it used to be atleast. I don't even know 70% of the helpers as of today.

Hm..nope? If you don't have 5 votes or 4 at least your app will be neglected, votes are gained according to X frd with staff member Y so he votes for him not coz he actually deserve or any shit and ofc Y should start acting polite on forums and there is pure example that i can quote here but i prefer not to, anyway you cannot say otherwise come on you have just become helper. Would you say something else? Ofc nppe but this is how it goes wether you admit it or not.
