If there are several players involved, you have to go through it all and see wether the players in question posted anything in their defence because it can take some time untill the player replies.

There is usually just one person at the top handling affairs the way you see it(the inspector). The rest of the cops are baton yielders waiting for a go. I don't think the comparison can relate.

Admins need to have experience about the 0.3z mechanics, not having it may lead to wrong ban and further confusion, as experienced in the past.

This, if an admin(s) are going to be added, I want them to know more than just how to solve forum reports. It'll be nice to see what the outcome of these surveys are.
