Money doesn't also matter incase the player isn't ready to share and doesn't know the players he fights with; for example, Carrone funded a large part of the war when we fought Kemirov and thats what I am talking about here. Mix this factor up with skills and tactics made by the leadership and you know what it takes to do some hardcore fun warring.
