GTA in-game font size problem

I download and re-install my GTA, after that I go into game, my in game text size became small. I tried to change the Resolution things in the settings, but it won't work. Anyone have an idea how to make it bigger?

Ah.. I don't mean the line problems. I mean the text, you know?

Yes, I did. It's only moving the text to up and down from the screen. Not makin' it bigger. :/

Old resolution = 1024x600
New resolution = 1280x720

Change back to 1024x600, font should be back to normal (you probably are going to need to restart the game to see the effect of the font)
