Crap. Either you need to find another gta3 file or to reinstall the whole game.

An advice : Never install mods into the gta3, one mistake and you're fucked. Install them into the custom.img, this way if something goes wrong, you simply reinstall the SAMP and not the whole GTA.

No need to uninstall your whole GTA, just download a IMG editor and found out which mods you have just installed their names i mean and re-place them with original, for originals search in google

Or probably, You Need Gta SA 1.0 version download it.

If you installed mods just download a gta3.img from the internet and replace with the one that has the corrupted and shitty mods.

thanks guys I already fixed this few days ago : it was solved by Unisntalling the GTA + SAMP and then installing them both with the Patch. Thanks to everyone for helping me .
