[ANSWERED] Bad quality problem ( some of the effects and ground quality )

Alright so I reinstalled my GTA and then installed back the mods which I was using ( I had a back up of those files so I just replaced them ). After I reinstalled I noticed that the quality of some of the effects and ground quality is bad, something like unmatched colors

I would like to fix this ASAP because it's freaking bad and I use the same mods, nothing changed

Take a look on the ground ..


Look at the quality of that smoke

I use new great effects 1.6, so the quality of that smoke shouldnt look like that, I saved the textures already with TXD Workshop 4.5, nothing changed
Also I use the same ENB with the same settings which I had before I reinstall my GTA, so that's not the problem
My FX visual quality is very high, max resolution

I checked the hidden files of gta, there's no effectspc.txd

So if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know, I really need to fix this shit
P.S. Dont suggest me something stupid like reinstalling my GTA / SAMP

Have you seen my screen during nighttime on IM? The colors are like RGB effects, mixed up with different colors... doesn't look god. But sorry I cannot help you

Can't help you as I can't see the SS's currently.

It's probably because you have 'x16' at Resolution in video settings. change it to x32.
