XFire Problem[ANSWERED]

I dont know wether this is the correct section to post it or no, please move it if its wrong.
When i try to play COD 2 on Xfire this error occurs, anyone knows what is it and how to fix it?


PS:This is my first time using Xfire so i dont know how to use it properly, if u ve got any tips tell me those too, thanks

I think you have the scrwed up xfire version. Anyway, why dont you run the game without xfire?
And yes, try downloading another version and do the same and tell us what happened.

Mirko Zivaljic ( a friend from IM) told me to make an acc on xfire and we will do it multiplayer, i was giving it a test, so my version is bad?
And please move it if its in the wrong section.

I think so, try downloading another version. The one that you have was causing me only trouble too.

I download another one from Xfire site ( i hope thats the latest version) but still doesent works, can u send me the link of ur download?

Re-install the XFire,maybe another version as Camillo stated. If not try to re-install your game. Also you can try to find the location of COD4 manually at the options section.

downloaded version 2.40 from filehippo.com, didnt work, i checked online for the solution and it said "your version of windows is not compaitable for this" maybe it doesent run on windows 7?
And ye i cant even run the multiplayer without Xfire.
