Low ping grants you the ability to roll ,it gives you advantage anyhow.
go ahead and try to play with 100 ping,im sure you will notice the difference

Poll will fail anyway because all who sucked at lag-shooting(majority) will vote no.

oh, there is a server.cfg option: 'lagcompmode' and it can be switched, did research, so yes lag-shoot is possible in 0.3z, however, as I said above, all who sucked in lag-shooting(majority) will vote no.

Adapt or fade away from SAMP is all we got left.

There's several servers running 0.3z with lagshot, due to the large amount of complaints on the official SA-MP Forums, it's optional.
