Why sometimes I see when im talking over the radio that some of the players dont have Civ before the name?

I have the Civ but some of them hasn't.

It's because you're not in a faction, you're a civilian. If you were in a faction your faction rank would be replaced with ''Civ''

Yes, this happened with me aswell. I am pretty sure it's a bug, or maybe because those people still didn't possess a Driver License?

It's happend to me either and I think that only the new players don't have it cause of some changes in the script but some how the older players have it

Players registered over a time period before has 'civ' tag in front of their names in '/r'.
but new players won't have 'civ' in front of them in radio.
Sometimes players with high number of characters in his names also has 'civ' removed from his name on radio.
It's a bug or it's an update idk but it's like as I said.

You do have, you must have CIV before your name if your'e not in a faction.

Here is it. If you never joined a faction you won't have "Civ" before you'r name.
Join a faction then get uninvited in the same minute, then you MUST have "civ" before you'r name, it's not a bug or anything, but when u join the game u completely have no rank, and since ranks are given in factions when you get kicked any rank that u had gets replaced with "Civ".

The script is made like this, when you start playing and haven't been in a faction, you belong to nothing because civs are in a somekind of faction too, and when ypu get uninvited from a faction the result is being invited into the civs belonging "faction". That's like when you're an civ and someone parks a car in an unowned turf the money is loaded into fbank.
