Can't use Forum PM

i want to PM someone it's say "You are not allowed to use the Private Messaging function."

You need to have at least 5 Posts to PM someone, post anything in a thread (Ex: Introductions & Departure, you can post replies there).

The introduction/departure and help and questions sections don't escalate your posts.
Try to post in general talk or something,however, remember not to post off-topic posts or spam.
Make sure you read the forum rules.

Min. 5 posts are needed in order to use the PM function.
Some of the sections are removed from post counting to prevent people from spamming them for sake of post count.
