The Government is a faction that does not function anymore; however it can be used to Govern the city IC, and act as a control for legal factions OOC (K3lroy). Previously, elections for Mayors have been held and parties win these elections to become Mayor for X amount of time. It can also be used to alter business/house/vehicle taxes.
