In first instance, it doesn't allow them to use their billions to own the whole map.
In second instance, it forces them to donate more if they want additional houses/businesses, which is good to your pocker.
By allowing ppl to go overslots in these auctions, you're allowing donators to own the whole map and reducing their need to donate more $$$.

Auctions are now automatically extended by 1 minute if you bid within the last 1 minute of the auction ending.
E.g. if an auction ends at 20:00:00 and you place your bid at 19:59:25, it will be extended to 20:01:00, and so on..
