In the server do you have to buy a current buisness or can you create a buisness, can someone please guide me on the ways of acquiring a business

You need to buy a business off someone else.
It's impossible to just "create" a new business.

Yea it did, i was just wondering how new shops and businesses just spring up in areas,

Players can request their businesses and houses to be moved from one location to another.

Ahh i see and sorry but one more question, can an income be made off houses ? and if so what is the average ?

Short answer: Yes, houses do generate money.

Long answer: Yes, you can earn money off houses but only if you make it possible to rent it.
If you set your house as rentable (/rentprice - /rentprice 666 to disable) then people can rent it by typing /rentroom and will then automatically deposit the fee you set into the house till.

There is a catch, though. If people can enter your house, they can /robhouse and steal all of the cash in it.
You can also store drugs and gun materials in houses by typing /houselocker. Drugs and materials can be stolen by other players as well.
