The rules clearly say that you can not add terms that circumvent the official sanbay rules.
E.g. allowing a seller to withdraw his auction.

Scamming is also part of the rules.

What if we don't get good offers on SANbay?

You add a starting price and an expiry date. Whichever offer is above starting price legit and last one before expiry date- you have to sell stuff to them regardless you like it or not.
