Why can't I login?

I logged in like 10 minutes ago but now I can't.

No I wasn't logged` in IG.
I just logged out and tried to login, then this thing shows up.

I had the same problem when I was in Australia.. I assume it's some anti-hacking that recognizes where you usually log-in, and if you login from another country (IP), it will reject you

Turn off any proxy or vpn which you have enabled (is that hotspot shield I see on your browser?)

or if you only log in to your account when the vpn/proxy is enabled, then enable it.


(That error appears when you try to log in with an IP which isn't in the same range / same location as the ones you used ig)

Ye its HotSpotShield, just downloaded it never even turned on.
But problem is solved and I can login now.
